Nancy would have had a point if she had not dwelled on the new development and simply stated that Minot does need affordable living quarters, not low income housing; but housing for all the HARD working service employees that Minot is in high need of with all the motels and restaurants. In fact, our own legislatures have been cautioning Minot about the growth and yet no one heeds their warnings......and Jerry Chavez crediting himself is a joke for this opportunity....a lot of people behind the scenes are the reason some places around Minot are prospering and they don't pat themselves on the back publicly......
