More hogwash and baloney from Hoeven. I always thought he was smarter than that. What a crock. We have a glut of oil and the refineries are not even producing at even 3/4 capacity. Big oil manipulates it and the reason this time was pushing the XL thru. Hoevens letter is disgustingly juvenile to try to fool the public again.

While this doesn't have to do with gas prices, when Minot Air Force Base has it's housing allowances increased, local landlords increase their rents. This information, isn't released to the public until information is relased to the base and afterwards. So somebody gets a hold of this information before the fact, and rents go up.
