Yes I did read the article. My point is no bond issue has passed for the school district since 1969. They are going to need more grade schools as there are way more children.

Did you read the full article? I am not referring to Ramstad. I am referring the their taxation ideas to pay for additional new schools.

Minot School district has not had a bond issue pass since 1969. The current construction is being paid by Fema money not property tax. The district had to take almost a 20 million loan in order to move Ramstad onto the hill.
