June 16, 2013

Bob Valeu, Bismarck After reading Stan Stein’s take on the 2013 legislative session I had to ask myself if he has actually drank the Kool-Aid the rest of his party has been dishing out, or if he’s......

H4C, I see what you mean now that you mention it.

Have a great day NOT drinking the kool-aid.

I prefer strong coffee with a dash of cream myself...

With the continued reference to "eat your peas," leftwing is sounding a lot like another poster from the past. Could it be??

I agree with Muleskinner niether can be trusted we need a complete house cleaning at the state and fed level Bob if you know what leadership looks like you must not have turned on National news lately your parties leaders starting with obama is a pretty sorry, scandalus, tax and spend money wasters in history and it's hard to argue unless you've been drinking from a large pitcher of Kool-Aid yourself. Thanks for letting me opine.

Wow, this didn't sound like an over-the-top partisan tirade or anything. "Steal funds"? Really? Did that money actually belong to those to whom it was "allocated"?

Remember, every dollar the government spends had to be taken, or in the words of this letter, "stolen" from someone else.

I feel it just would not be right to return any surpluses to the citizens of ND. Nor would it be proper to initiate any tax reductions. Not when we have SO, SO much the state should be "investing" in....there is never enough monies that we need for that "investment".

A little full of myself? Have you read all the Democrat/liberal posts since 2012?

Dems, just keep on telling everyone what you REALLY think, instead of pretending that you're "reasonable" or "mainstream." Suits me fine.

That "drinking the kool-aid" comment. What a winner that is! Sure, that encourages me to consider voting Democrat more often. Not.

Democrats should try being a little more respectful and/or reasonable in their outreach to potential voters, instead of patronizingly parroting tired old talking points.

The Republicans in the ND legislature had zero consideration for the people of North Dakota. Tell me some new news, not the same old same old that we've known all along.

The lobbyists sang a tune and strummed their guitars and the ND legislature sang along like good choir boys.

End of the story. The Republicans worship money and nothing else, so you will never get any satisfaction regarding legislation that will actually help the people of this state.

I doubt if the Democrats can or will be willing to do better.

They're all hypocrites who lie all of the time. Republicans can't be trusted and Democrats can't be trusted.

They never stop drinking the koolaid.
