"Everybody's house gets flooded every year. Everybody is tired of it," ....Ya know...there's a fix for that...not just here but everywhere.

Correct me if i'm wrong but there have been many studies for and on the Deslacs river, as stated by one of the ward county board when we were flooding. You are on your own.I believe we have to get together and take care of this issue.This problem will only get worse.Perhaps we can borrow some of the millions being spent on a new court house?
