I am Jennifer Babcock I am one of the new onsite managers that live on the property. I was staying as a vacationer here before we came across this wonderful opportunity to become the new onsite managers. I understand some of the concerns with the long term stay people but I would have to say since I have been one of the managers we have had nothing but compliments from our over night people who come and stay and our old couples who travel the united states that we are one of the cleanest and well maintained RV parks they have been to. We multiple guest surveys that can testify to this. I hope some of you will come stop by and see what the new owners have done with this property and come visit again. Padgett, so is it not full of "long-term" tenants anymore? For a "Good Sam" RV park they sure don't have any available spots. Maybe they ditched the Good Sam banner to become more of a trailer park? Like I said, loved going there but just is not possible anymore.

You can clean up a pig, put a ribbon on it's tail and spray it with perfume but, in the end, it's still a pig.

Used to go there all the time but now due to the long-term/permanent campers it is not an option. Even if I found an open space, my kids don't need to be around the "residents". Sad that Minot has no place for recreational camping any more. But they are making money hand over fist, so continues the greed at the expense of the folks that originally put it on the map. Sad.
