The railroad was there first, then the stockyard.

Ward County was here first, then the State Fair.

Ward County's history trumps the state fair's by a country mile.

So If you are being evicted because there is better money from someone else you should keep a positive attitude..

The way I see it the Fair Board is discriminating against the old folks and demanding they leave because they can get better money from a younger group.

It has nothing to do with the "State Fair" but everything to do with greed and the almighty dollar.

Lets have a shiny bright brand new fair and let the days of the old county fair go. Lets not bring families together but lets go after the money of the folks we can entice thru the gates. After all families are not intact much anymore so out with the family in with the money..
