Holder's laughable testimony

May 18, 2013

We’ll try to keep a straight face as we continue to read Attorney General Eric Holder’s explanation of the Justice Department’s bungled, bumbling investigation of national security leaks that led to......

With the left's preconceived notions of any "facts" that might be presented, a Republican apologist wouldn't get very far, in their eyes.

Because "facts" don't have to be facts with lefties. It's opinions that matter the most.

For instance, centerish, do you believe the words that President Obama said during both campaigns?

Should voters have considered his campaign promises based in fact or opinion?

Has his administration's performance been as he claimed it would be?

How about the promise of transparency? Is that promise now fact? Or is it an opinion that the administration has been transparent?

Who should we ask? A Republican apologist? Or a Democrat?

Loco, that is the answer given every time when you righties are asked the questions to support your opinions. But, since you don't have a basis for your information, you come up with some sorry excuse to turn away. Just answer the questions. I believe Veritas has not gotten an answer to his questions asking for you guys to name things the Republicans have done. But, no answers. It must be something to have opinions but not be able to present the factual evidence. So, again, name those bills from both sides. Name the ones we still have and the new ones... Lets see where the real damage to the economy has come from.

Why get in the way of the best apologist this administration could ever have?

No room on the floor for more...

Ok, loco, you have the floor. Tell us specifically what policies and laws were created under Obama that create/continued or accelerated the problems. Lay them out. When you get done, for at least the hundredth time, we will go over all of the legislation from the bush administration that we still live with and is hurting the country. Then, we will again go over all of the filibusters of bills from the Republicans and the pigeonholing of bills by the Republican(do nothing) house. So, when the new President takes office (Hillary), if we have the same obstructionist Republican party, what will change. Boehnor and McConnell will be your leaders. May the Lord help you and what will be left of your party.

centerish, one thing I do know is that it's mighty convenient (not to mention way easy) for one party to entirely blame the other for any and all perceived troubles.

I'm just wondering...

After Pres. Obama's second term is finished, and if another Democrat president is elected, will the partisan Democrats still be blaming former Pres. Bush for any ills the country will be facing?

Or will Pres. Obama finally get to be responsible for something, i.e., the previous 8 years before 2017?

I'm not real optimistic, but stay tuned, folks...

So, loco, are you saying that the policies of the previous administration are not still hurting our country? Do we still not feel the effects of the tax gifts to the rich, or medicare D, or the residual effects of invading a sovereign country based on lies, trying to de-regulate everything? But, what about a do nothing congress- the worst in history, a record number of filibusters, a right wing republican party that is out for themselves and no one else. tell us, other than obamacare, what has congress passed to help the country in five years... Where is the jobs bill? where are the other bills? sitting in the House doing nothing... What a joke the republican ex-party has become.

Here we are in the first year of President Obama's second term, and it's all still Bush's fault.

Unbelievable.

It's never Pres. Obama's fault for anything at all, is it?

Same old song, second verse...

Comnsense Your statement is worth a reprint!!!

There can no longer be any doubt: By any standard or measure of any reasonable person, the Obama administration is by far the most corrupt, deceiving, ignorant, clownish, insidious, amateurish, inept in the history of the United States. Simply put: a pathetic disgrace.

Scenario: We succeed in getting a mole into the Yemen bomb-makers' inner circle, a plot to plant a new sophisticated bomb is uncovered and foiled. Then before the mole can resume his work his cover is blown by news reports. Ok, Here is the question...who will be laughing when the bomb-maker succeeds in planting a new, even more sophisticated bomb on an airliner and kills 500 people? And question two, given the above scenario, what would be your opinion if it took place 6 years ago?

This editorial staff cannot be taken seriously.

The opinion piece also contained at least one factual error; the phone records show the govt. calls and duration of calls, not "who they were talking to and...what they talked about".

Anybody really listen to what these idiots have to say?

At abcnews there is a message from God, really, anyway, the poster goes by the pen name of 'god'. He asks the question if Obama needs to be impeached. Up vote for agree.

The up votes total 14071 and the down votes are 35. We'll thank God for asking the question and the real question that needs to be asked.

Obama is loathed. Fear and loathing in America is here.

However, it is no longer laughable, it's frightening.

You can't make this stuff up.
