"Those who give up their liberty in order to achieve safety will soon have neither." (To paraphrase Ben Franklin) The limit is already too low at .08 and the penalties in many states are outrageous. Time to stop the nonsense.

when was the last time you saw a drunk driving accident reported where the driver had a .05 BAC.

Very profitable business for the court system and associated treatment centers. The biggest problem is that allot of people who drink also have jobs and work, this will just put more people on welfare to have time to drink even more. The snake found it's tail and is consuming itself.
