Nope, I got it right the first time.

Central issue of abortion is "ensuring fetal demise."

Yep.

willgrr, Dr. Gosnell happened while abortion is legal. It's a broad supposition that all abortionists would be like him if abortion was banned.

The central issue of abortion remains the same, whether it's a Dr. Gosnell or a Dr. Welby that does it: it is the intentional taking of a life, even if only a fetus' "potential" life. It's called "ensuring fetal demise."

Why haven't documentaries been filmed of abortions being performed, if it's such a wonderful thing for a woman to choose?

We've got films that show the act that leads to pregnancy, those that tell of pregnancy development, those that show delivery, those that tell of child health and growth.

Why not films of abortion, the highly vaunted, never-to-be-messed-with "women's reproductive health" choice?

To bad Dr Croswell's Mother didn't abort him... Abortion and genocide are hand in hand.

Wow. How fortunate are we? The trifecta of human insight right here tonight, and we're all fortunate enough to witness it.

The height of hypocrisy is the Republican Party that preaches like conservatives but "spends like drunken sailors."

The height of hypocrisy is the Republican platform that is both pro-life and pro-death penalty -- anti promiscuity and anti gay marriage -- anti-government spending and pro-war.

DustOff, I've just made it simpler for everyone.

And yes, I even offended myself when I said "the more abortions, the less children to worry about."

The original letter writers didn't say it, so I had to state what I thought was obvious.

BTW, I like children, and most people I've known have made the necessary room in their hearts and homes for their children, whether planned or unplanned.

I agree with Mr. Schwarz. The way some might see it: the more abortions performed, the less children to worry about.

And with that abortion solution, there will be no further need for righteous indignation, because the problem of providing more funds for children will take care of itself, won't it?
