Give all of them an Article 15, send them to refresher training and then when they have reached the total time in service for their current rank, discharge them. Or better yet, send a message by discharging them immediately from the service. If an enlisted man had questioned authority and showed disrespect to the officers over them they would be GONE!!

Back in the '60s General "Sundown " Wells would have fired wing CO , DCO & several other senior officers & had them off the base "by sundown" and their careers would have been over.

The 17 missile officers would have received career ending ER's and probably be weather duty officers in the Aleutians or Thule today, if allowed to stay in the Air Force

Starts at top down. Relieve the Wing Commander, Ops Group Commander, all squadron commanders involved. Guaranteed there were indicators these officers were not up to speed and they were ignored. Beating them until morale improves is not the answer. BTW: Real leaders don't e-mail...they walk around and actually engage with people face to face.
