Now, just a minute, a Republican publication is wanting resignations? I thought this was discussed already in the legislature and dismissed. Oh, what about this fine new lawyer they (the higher ed board) hired to be their wingperson. She should go to. Oh, and no buyout. Dismissed for cause is the term.

The entire State Board of Education should be fired or resign if they had any dignity. What kind of signal does this send to the young people when the State Board of Higher Education knowingly breaks the law. Those egotistical jerks think they are above the law.
