That's because a few of our legislatures are graduates from Minot State and trying to be conflict of interest and shouldn't be voting at all...I find it funny that this state takes a big interest in colleges and universities and not for their own people of this state...It should be up to the alumni of each school what goes for what and so for and stay out of the state legislatures irritating........take care of your people first and foremost!

Brescani is a prime example as to why concerned is wrong. His abuse of funding is the epitome of irresponsibility and accountability.
