The board has to discuss something that they have control over...and it's surely not the mouse river...at least Zimbelmann is trying to manage the river by using any clout he has to persuade the corps to drop Darling a extra foot...but it may just be too much water,too fast! ! !

I agree at least the Mayor is trying to nullify the probability of a flood in Minot. He looked kind of ticked off when he was on TV last time talking about it. That is a good thing after they made him look like a tomfool two years ago.

And how about MeTV... yayyyy!!!! Petticoat Junction, Rifleman, Beverley Hillbillies and many more good comedies are back on the free airwaves. Thank you KMOT TV!!!
