Another tough decision to be made I'm sure of that. I think the oil will be there for at least 50 years, but it will probably be drilled out in 20 years or so according to what the State Oil and Gas folks announced on TV a while back. I'm not sure what type of refineries or what other types of long term employment is at Stanley at this time, but if there are enough sustainable jobs there they should build now while interest is cheap. The trucking industry will eventually slow down considerably when they are not fracking wells in that area and that will make a huge difference how many jobs are available. The oil industry is not a permanent industry because they are working with non-renewable resources. If I had to decide I would build but keep it simple.

That creative financing of the bridge in Fargo/Moorhead has caused headaches for those cities for many years. And spending far beyond your means has caused headaches for a lot of cities.
