Open meetings law violated

Anyone, and I mean anyone who has been on a public board that is under state requirements for an open meeting law notice knows that a quorum of the board constitutes a meeting anywhere. The Attorney was hired to be a yes person for the higher ed board. Fire the Attorney and dissolve the board. Oh, and by the way, fire the chancellor.
