And when the oil goes bust who will pay for this "needed" fund. The taxpayers of course. The State of ND continues to waste the revenue on pet projects rather than work meaningful solutions. 15 million here and nothing for the flood victims of 2011. Extremely disappointing.

Hahaha pretty tight circle on that money. Industrial Commission has a little thing called the Oil and Gas Division as part of it's responsibilities. I can see pet tourism projects coming from that money, somehow they should have to spend the money in places it creates no new revenue and cannot increase or decrease the price of the surrounding lands.
