I don't think the take over of the dams in Canada is going well just reading the web page for the Saskatewan Water Security site. It says nothing about the US Army Corp of Engineers having control of the releases. Canada good people good neigbors.?

the minot city council will look awful foolish IF it floods again this year,after a unaminous vote to decline $150 million in federal funds, in exchange to raise the flood plain a few feet ~~~~~~~
