Reorganize the Northwest Agricultural, Livestock, and Fair Association and buy back the fairgrounds from the NDSF Association for one dollar, the original purchase price, and tell the NDSF Association sayonara.

The historical relationship began in 1966, it can end in 2013.

Does Ward County and its citizens desire to have the Ward County Historical Society or the North Dakota State Fair?

The Ward County Historical Society holds the cards here, not the NDSF board.

It is apparent the Ward County Historical Society and the NDSF board are not seeing eye-to-eye.

The relationship can end and the NDSF can find new digs.
