It's sad the ND Legislature can find millions for a separate soveriegn nation but no money to be found when considering $10,000 grants for BND flood loans.

I don't think you need special training to work at Grumman.

The only thing I will say is that Grumman in Newtown offers a $1000 sign on bonus to work there. Apparently they have trouble staffing their business. If unemployment is high on the reservation I can't see why they have employment problems.
