The PSC is nothing more than a rubber stamp for the utilities that operate in the state. Public Service is an oxymoron. Excel will get their rate increase and North Dakotans will be forced once again to lump it.

How about holding a meeting on replacement of the public service commissioners?

Government is becoming very abusive here in the land of the fee and the home of the slaves.

ask for 9.25, expect to get 6, probably get approval for 7.5 and PSC will declare it a victory for consumers.
