A perceptive friend of mine and I were talking one day about 20 years ago about how his life wasn't going anywhere, I commented "yeah I'm kind of in a rut too". He said "rut I'll take a rut, I'm stuck in a pothole at least ruts go somewhere". Are we stuck in a pothole or are we going somewhere with all the water damage we have statewide?
