Thoughts better left unsaid

March 4, 2013

It’s never a good idea to refer to someone as a Nazi, especially when it’s a fellow member of the North Dakota Legislature. Rep. Jessica Haak, D-Jamestown, last week apologized for referring to Rep....

A Nazi adheres to fascist ideology.

Rep. Haak probably should have called him a fascist, not a Nazi. Or not.

World English Dictionary fascism ('fæ??z?m) — n 1. any ideology or movement inspired by Italian Fascism, such as German National Socialism; any right-wing nationalist ideology or movement with an authoritarian and hierarchical structure that is fundamentally opposed to democracy and liberalism 2. any ideology, movement, programme, tendency, etc, that may be characterized as right-wing, chauvinist, authoritarian, etc 3. prejudice in relation to the subject specified: body fascism [C20: from Italian fascismo , from fascio political group, from Latin fascis bundle; see fasces ]

Don’t you just like these apology’s given these days and one would really wonder if she is really sorry for stating that. Liken it to the verbiage uttered...”my friend across the isle.” Got to make me laugh, every time I hear it said.

How about Carlson apologizing for saying that what goes on in there is not for public disemination (paraphrasing). No she shouldn't have done it but how many times have we seen footage from he legislature and our "leaders" are talking or even sleeping while debate is taking place. Never heard the almighty Carlson call those guys out. She shouldn't have used that word but he is a pompous %*!! That looks out for Fargo and himself, not the state.

It is a good idea to refer to Hitler as a Nazi. Always an exception.

Hitler was a Nazi!

Might be a thought crime, better be careful.

Thoughts better left unsaid;

Romney’s infamous “47 percent” comments, in which the presidential candidate was surreptitiously filmed at a fundraiser essentially writing off a large portion of Americans.

“It’s not what I meant. I didn’t express myself as I wished I would have,” he said. “You know when you speak in private you don’t spend as much time thinking about how something could be twisted and distorted and could come out wrong and be used." This from his first interview since the election.

He said what he meant and he meant what he said.Same message played out day after day on TV, Newspaper Editorials and certainly Washington DC where the battle over corporate & wealthy entitlements take on poor & elderly entitlements where in the end the middle class ends up paying for it all.

“We did very well with the majority population but not with the minority populations and that was a real failing, that was a mistake,” said Romney, when asked why he believes he lost.

Another "thought better left unsaid"

Because someday, the GOP will have to produce a candidate with both the knowledge of history to include current demographics and discard the Ayn Randian ideology of me, myself & I. The*****with the others.

But, but, but, if we all took care of ourselves, what would all those new gov agencies do? Then we would have more unemployment and we are back to square one. Let's just all forget to go to work and see what happens.....

About $59 billion is spent on traditional social welfare programs. $92 billion is spent on corporate subsidies. So, the government spent 50% more on corporate welfare than it did on food stamps and housing assistance.

More proof that "Corporations are people too".

Let's go after ALL these people!

And today I will repeat it for you juustaman because you CRS.

Corporations produce what? JOBS!

Welfare produces what? More kids to draw of welfare!!!

Lets cut out welfare and eliminate all the btard kids that draw and give the money to corporations and create what? JOBS!

Wat do jobs do? The create Revenue! What does Revenue do? It pays the taxes that support the money Obama spends..

You see welfare produces nothing but more dead weight!!!Which in return requires higher taxes to pay for the deadbeat leeches..

AT&T and Verizon Communications were the biggest recipients of federal support from an $8 billion phone subsidy program, according to data released Thursday by the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

Eleven U.S. corporations including General Electric Co. (GE), Boeing Co. (BA) and Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC) together reported $62 billion in domestic profits in 2010 while paying a negative 3.6 percent federal tax rate, according to data released today by Citizens for Tax Justice

Is there something wrong with this part of corporate America? How exactly do you define welfare and or government entitlements?

justaman I can not belive you posted GE in your findings..

Then tell me how GE fits in to Obamas plans to fix the tax problems.

Jeffrey R. Immelt, the chairman and chief executive of General Electric Co. tapped by President Barack Obama as his next top outside economic adviser, will be asked to guide the White House as it attempts to jump-start lackluster job creation and spur a muddled recovery.

If I were Bill Garr I would be worried that he might end up hanging there sometime soon too. Both worthless bottom dwellers.
