"In three years, the city has seen 10 years worth of growth based on normal building permit values, he said. If construction stays on pace as expected, the city will experience 20 years of growth in five year." I'm pretty sure the flood is the reason for most of the building permits, I don't think there was any other choice but to rebuild was there. But just like Minot to use a disaster for an economic boom.

First of all, the whole study is a waste of tax payer dollars and conflict of interest because who works for Odney is also involved with the Chamber, MADC and so forth. And, my goodness the second step is to get control of the what our city has become....OUTRAGEOUS and ignoring the will of the people.......Third, get an outside firm to do something so there isn't conflict of interest and somebody can't be biased....Fourth.....And finally really take care of the people who took the time and committed their lives to the flood, put their lives on hold for others and really put their money and time back into this community!
