City and County are spending money like "drunken sailors"! Where is all the public outrage over this? Did we not vote down this 6th street underpass remodel?

The underpass wouldn't be there if the railroad tracks were not there. Maybe the railroad should foot the bill to come right through town. It would probably be cheaper to re-route the train tracks around Minot and fill in the underpass then put a crossing there.
