h4c even the gov and the railroad want to build a plant to capture the natural gas that is being flared to run the trains. Why waste it if we can generate another opportunity to generate more revenue and at the same time keep our environment cleaner and reduce our dependency on diesel fuel?

I agree, let the private companies (railroad, oil) take advantage of it first, with profit as their motivation. Then it'll get done.

h4c that "pie in the sky" idea was from our governor and BNSF railroad! A joint venture that would benefit both the state and the railroad and the environment.
