Common sense, disgusted. There's probably many a stay-at-home mom who wouldn't mind looking after a few kids, if the requirements weren't so much to achieve. But those requirements are "for the children" not for the gov't, right? As usual, gov't takes with one hand and gives with the other. Long live gov't (sarcasm).

It is funny how Frantsvog voted against the slash of the $13 million subsidy. Reducing the red tape and the rediculous requirements for mom's to take care of some neighborhood kids in her home, go much further in eliminating the shortage of day care providers.
