Minot Police reward outstanding employees

Outstanding employees my ***. The only thing Minot's police are good at are DUI arrests. I have been driving through town late at night after getting off of work from the rigs and had these hero cops come flying up on my rear end and drive 3 feet away from my bumper trying to get me to do something they can arrest me for. They are crooked and illegal in their tactics. I wonder how many of superman's 59 DUI arrests were dismissed because of wrongful arrests or practices. Yet, when people get killed or my brother got put in the hospital when a guy hit him in the head with a steel rod, the police let them go or just didn't make any effort to solve the case at all. My brother's case has still never had any arrests even though he spent 3 days in the ICU. Minot police are the epitome of pathetic.
