86000 people in Minot, that is a frightening though. We are busting at the seams now. If that is the case the city really needs to start expaning the roadways in and around Minot. When traffic starts looking like it did during the flood on a daily basis it will be too late to start "planning".

It's asking these oil companies what their commitment is to the state, especially a large company who sounds like it's undergoing major restructuring within its company. In addition, are we accounting for those workers living in campers, their vehicles and so forth?

Take a clue from the oil companies, they rent the sites the wells are on because the oil will be depleted and they don't need to own thousands of 4 acre tracts of land. So you see the oil companies themselves realize this is not permanent.
