I disagree with anything to do with transparency.....juts look how far forword Omama has moved this nation with a cloak over any semblance of transparency. It's not all it's cracked up to be I feel.

Disclosure of the names of the individuals involved are necessary. Especially in cases involving DUI's shows a pattern of habitual drunk drivers.

There is no reason to give the media anything but a name and State of residence anyway. I think information that is made public can sway jurors opinions and make people appear guilty before they are ever even in court.
