Knowing Jolene,Sabrina and Dillon of course I will presume Guilt for Kalmio. I see no reason for that to be wrong. You werent ther either. Justice will prevail based on factual information as this trial goes on. Jolene once told me that Kalmio was mean she did not like the way he treated Sabrina and that Jolene was scared of him. One month later she was dead. The time frames will show that kalmio disappeared from his place of work that night and returned the next day, so where was he during this time? Doing the work of the devil. He made statements to a coworker about Sabrina's injuries that were never released to the public, a statement where he said she was shot in the face& head. So research this from the begining,I have been. I cry inside everytime I think about it.

He is innocent until proven guilty. You that already assume his guilt are doing so probably for the wrong reasons, maybe it's because of the nature of crime, you know the victims, racism, or for religious reasons, but the fact remains you were not there, you do not know what evidence is provided, and you do not have any new evidence. I really hope the selected jurors in this case are able to put any preconceived ideas behind them and judge based purely on the facts.

I have to say that in any type of trial the defense does their best to try and chastise the victims witness. Here you have Rosenquest questioning mrs Lambert's credibility. "recollection levels have diminished" I dont think so. being a good friend with someone you dont' forget! Also when she lied to the police on 6 different occasions, was it at the time of these murders? If not that is irrelevant to this specific case. Next Glass "felt" that Jolene was scared of a "supposed" drug dealer named Jose. Did they question this supposed drug dealer? So here we go again making the victim the bad person. making Kalmio out to be a person who knows nothing about guns etc. I knew Jolene to like dogs, and to know now that one of her dogs may have been shot, now that is bad, you have to be off in the head to shoot 4 people plus a their dog. I hope justice prevails and kalmio gets life. Love you Jolene, will be praying.

That one person on the jury that was found in contempt of court. He doesn't understand to do his civic duty. Now this guy on trial will get off becuase that other jury person that replace this dude says not guilty. That is why there is so many bad people on the street becuase we got jury people refusing to put these bad people away for life.
