Our freedom is at stake

The big problem is that anti-gun people have in their favor is ignorance. These minions don’t know the difference between a semi-automatic or a fully automatic firearm. Fully automatics have been banned since the gangster days of the 1930’s and will be continued to be banned. And of course, the left stream media won’t report the facts either. If the electorate ever decides for us it’s over, for they can elect a Dictator like Obama as an example of pure stupidity.

Ban assault hammers and knives too. But try to ban violent video games and the like...them American’s will scream that they are taking our rights away from us.

It should be noted that the assault weapon ban is based almost entirely on beauty pageant criteria. ie: the definition is based purely on cosmetics. If the writers would just read their own script they would realize how ludicrous the proposed ban really is.

Don't be fooled by the "cosmetic" argument for the so-called "assault" weapon ban. Since most guns designed for self defense have these features, the ban does affect most all of these rifles, shotguns, and some handguns. It also has delayed confiscation of self-defense magazines holding >10 rounds (they are confiscated when you die, no transferring to family). When you ban detachable magazine rifles and shotguns that have any "characteristics that can function as a grip" you can take away most effective forms of home defense. If all you ever prepare to defend yourself against is ducks, that shouldn't be a problem. The legislation is unconstitutional.

Coroner Confirms: No Assault Weapon Used in Sandy Hook Shooting

An AR-15, or the so-called “Assault Weapon”, was not used in the school shooting. The shooter even tried weeks earlier to buy a rifle but was turned down in the background check. So he had to kill his Mother to steal her rifle. There were initial reports, right after the shooting, that police found the AR-15 in his car, NOT IN THE SCHOOL. The rifle was not used. The shooter went into the school with 4 handguns, NOT an Assault Rifle as the media has charged.

In the initial hours of this shooting, the Police said they found the rifle in the car. But the Administration-controlled MSM had a pre-planned attack already waiting, to ban so-called assault weapons and jumped on that line of reporting, knowing it was a lie, which included people like Piers Morgan who said the shooter used an AR-15 that shoots hundreds of rounds per minute, as if it were a machine gun.
