I think the word "hate" is now the most over-used in the English language.

What does it even mean anymore?

lore666 Some people never do anything but criticize and tear down others, which is what their father Satan does. The name “Satan” means “accuser.” In fact, that's all Satan does when he's not destroying people's lives, he criticizes God's children day-and-night. Revelation 12:10

"I'm a bit smarter that you,Disgusting. I don't need commit a crime to understand what is a crime. Making threats to elected leaders is a crime."

Jaybird, smart or not, your brain is clouded in confusion. You need a bit a clarity to be able to decipher the difference between a stance and an actual threat.

Speaking from personal experience, are you?

Worried, you nailed it, but don't be afraid to look in the mirror on this one, OK? Especially when it comes to those who served in the military.

"For what it's worth . . . I told you he was coming for your guns. He was just waiting until the second term to do it."

Hmmm. Now comes the hard decision.

Is PJ speaking truth, or is he speaking tongue-in-cheek?

Hmmm again.

Lorexxx, you can't expect anyone to outperform their capabilities. He seems limited to C&P and to regurgitate what others have written.

President Barack Obama is biased against Republicans, says Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly.

“It's pretty clear that he doesn't like them because he feels that they are the purveyors of white privilege,” O’Reilly said during an interview with Washington Post editor Bob Woodward on "The O’Reilly Factor" show.

“He's never going to say that, but that's the theme that runs through his advisers: the white privilege has to be broken down.”

Woodward disagreed, saying, “I just think he doesn’t agree with Republicans on their agenda. He’s hurting his own cause.”

But O’Reilly didn’t give up. “The Republican agenda, in the president's mind, props up white privilege,” he said. “Therefore, as the social justice champion, he has to tear that down. He doesn't like the white privilege thing, and he doesn't like the Republicans trying to defend it. That's the seed.”

Can anyone tell me if Dem/libs changed themselves into Republicans during the Bush presidencies?

"Moving on" is nice advice, but only if one wishes to take it.

Here's to the beginning of another four years, folks. Enjoy!

Whoa, Veritas. I thought the USA was already a Republic. Could you further explain what you mean by "a true Republic?"

So, post-election 2012, according to those who know, if you're not a progressive, you're nothing.

Thanks for the uplifting assessment, PJ. You ray of sunshine, you.

Intelligent post, Veritas.

As you said, "should someone get elected and certainly re-elected it is that very platform that is being supported by the majority of the people" is a true statement.

This is also true: if that very platform, as it is enacted and executed, turns out not to have the same results as those projected or promised, then it's within the discretion of the population to withdraw their support of the platform, right?

A way to state my point is "proof is in the pudding." Or another way to state it: "But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy."

All who have served our country in the military should be thanked, not bullied, not disrespected.

Isn't that clear enough? Remember, the left was ALL OVER Candidate Romney for not mentioning our servicemen during his RNC speech. But now after the election, those on the left here can go on and on and on with the drivel and sniping and garbage...

Give it a rest, will ya? Enjoy life and thank a soldier. End of story.

lorexxx/aka HJ actually my older brother enlisted it was his choice. I was still in high school during the Vietnam war, I registered for the draft, but it was discontinued by the time I graduated and the war ended in my second year of college. My older brother advised me not to go into the service, at that time and I guess we all know why. It was not a very popular time to be in the milatary as most Vietnam vets know all to well when they came home! I did not discourage my sons or incourage them it was their decisions to make as it should be. Just because you two guys went doesn't mean you have to degrade other people who did not. John Wayne, the actor, didn't serve in the military?
