Worried's comment between my 8:15 and 10:57 was scrubbed.

For what it is worth, it was an apology and well receive by me. I DID NOT REPORT IT WORRIED, and I still believe it was sincere on your part.

Him and fifty eight thousand others are the real Heroes of that war, a war we will never really understand. I salute them and honor them as they gave their last, full devotion to our country in blood. And of the thousands of wounded, many wounded so bad that they didn’t have visible wounds but they are casualties just the same. There are many other events I could describe but I will have to finish here. Thank you all that read this.

Like many that served in Vietnam the time in country could be often one of boredom. Do your assigned tasks; eat, sleep and start all over again the next day. And yes, always thinking of home and leaving the wife and two boys behind to manage while I was gone. That marriage ended due to her infidelity (not mine) some 5 yr. later. I will admit the tears I shed and that of my mother when receiving letters from her always concerned for my safety.

Mother wrote me a letter while in country informing me of my cousins death in Vietnam. I visited the moving Vietnam Wall about three years ago when in Rugby. Here is his stats: DEAN ALLYN WILDERSPIN

LCPL - E3 - Marine Corps - Selective Service

Length of service 1 years His tour began on Mar 7, 1969 Casualty was on Jan 6, 1970 In QUANG NAM, SOUTH VIETNAM HOSTILE, GROUND CASUALTY OTHER EXPLOSIVE DEVICE Body was recovered

Hope4Change let us all on here agree to disagree with the issues, but not attack each other. I for one need to improve on that! Are views maybe different, but we both love this country and want this country to succeed and be even greater for the next generation to come.

And for that Worried I give you thanks from the bottom of my heart. I'm very proud to have served my country and would gladly do it again.

You know we will probably not agree on everything political and I guess, we are all fair game on our comments here. We must strive to make a better country not for us, but those that will follow us.

Thank you and God Bless You too Sir!

To anyone that served in Vietnam knows, 90% supported the troops deployed in the field. We all had to go through basic and prior to going in country a jungle type mock up. Infiltration course with live rounds going off overhead and charges set off.

Our gun range were I qualified with the M-16 had twenty rounds fired at popup targets anywhere from 100 to 600 yards. I did quite well with 19 out of twenty. In country I wore a Colt 45 ca. semi automatic pistol and couldn’t hit s#@t with it but so what I guess. I’ve heard the AK-47 and even fired one in in that Jungle Camp. I do recognize its distinctive sound.

While serving at the 10th Aviation Helicopter Squadron at Nha Trang we were targeted and it was often frustrating not to always be able to fire back. After watching a John Wayne movie we retired to our quarters and forty rounds of mortar fire came in and the last one was in the Captains quarter next to me. I am not John Wayne either but can still hear the ringing.

My older brother was over there in 65-68 and doesn't talk about it. I don't know what all he had done, or what all he had seen over there, but it did change him like so many others. Took him many years to adjust back to some what of a normal life. I guess I get upset when I hear someone glamorizing war or you cannot be a leader on less you have been in the military.

h4c there is no hatred towards you. I just find your statements hard to believe. You say you were in Vietnam 69-70 and you heard plenty of AK 47 firiing yet you never killed any one in the 365 days that you were over there? How was that possible? Did you even fire you M-16 when you were over there captain? Your story has so many holes it is very hard to believe.

It is showing more and more that he is the product of an abusive father here Disgusted. Demanding that we jump to attention and answer his questions. We all know that if we do, he will twist the FACTS to fit his own left wing agenda. Have all soldiers that served in Vietnam have blood on their hands? Of course not and I did not kill anyone over there either. But with his close attachment to his Democrat Party. ..the party of true mass murders in this Country = by voting for them, you do have blood on your hands. Deny it all you want but you support abortion when you support your left wing party the Democrats.

WA writes a criticizm of Mr. Behm with terms like judgemental, condescending, and arrogant. Then, on the same letter he C&P his repeat rant of "Some people never do anything but criticize and tear down others, which is what their father Satan does. The name “Satan” means “accuser.”" He has finally admitted that Satan is his father.

lore666 I do not perform abortions nor did I father any children out of wedlock. I did not kill any babies or anyone. I leave that up to the so called professionals. I bet the only thing you killed in the service was a few shots and a few six packs! RIGHT! GI JOE BLOW HARD!

Well, if I ACCUSE you of all the ignorant things you say and post around here then I am rightly called an ACCUSER. And then that equates to me being Satan must in your mind elevate you to God Like status.

And the Book of Revelation also refers to “the deceiver” from which I shouldn’t have to define for you either. Keep in mind Worried that the “spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience” found in the Book of Ephesians 2-2 could easily be applied to you and your Democrat Party today.

I don’t think quoting Scriptures when you are challenged makes your arguments hold up as being truthful.

So now you resort to calling us on the right, the son of Satan. Seems like the ones most likely to lie and deceive can be found on the left side of the church aisle. It is very apparent that your side of the ‘church of the holy donut’ have a whole lot of reconciliation ahead to regain Salvation.

You and the left have knowingly done everything you can to rewrite history, U.S. Constitution, Holy Scripture and everything this Nation once proudly believed in. Repent as Judgment Day will come, for sure.

John 14:6 Jesus said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Can you hear him now Worried? TRUTH, got it? He is watching you and hears every word you say and write.
