It's time to (you know what) or get off the pot. With the different agencies, governments, etc. involved in operational changes or modifications to Lake Darling, it will be years before all the questions are answered, if they are ever answered. That is the grim reality of international politics.
If the city wants a project, move forward. If not, keep questioning ourselves back into complacency until we're flooded again.
