Good article. The record of MADC spending leaves much to be desired. NAWS is a hopeless mess from their greed. They have money for everything except decent snow removal. Proof for righties that business is too often favored over everyone else. Greed and corruption are the history of too much of Minot business. I don't know how an honest business could survive when our majority party people are totally lacking in ethics. They scoff at any voting result not ending their way. We do not have a representative government going back to 1960. Vote them out.

Great article. The city needed low cost housing for those displaced by flood and oil. In keeping with history, our city would not provide low cost housing without the strings of a separate project attached. They must believe their own flood control baloney because 2011 saw the state fair center, the new grandstand and the new water plant all protected by dikes. For about 100 years this city has refused to admit our flood potential.
