Issue must be personal
This is an answer to the Rev. Marty Toepke-Floyd. I have just read your letter in The Minot Daily News.
The name Chuck Keller comes up three times. This must be personal toward him. It really appalls me that a reverend would be throwing stones as you have toward Chuck Keller.
I’m speaking for myself and all the others who buy lottery tickets. No one is holding a gun to our heads to make us buy them. We are all adults with sound mines and able to make our own decisions. It’s no one’s business how we spend our money.
Remember do unto to others as you would have others do unto you. I’m not sure you know what that means.
You’re wrong on your figures. Minot has thousands of people moving into town. A lot of whom will buy lottery tickets.
