Area blood drives: Minot

United Blood Services of Minot will conduct a series of blood drives. Preregistration requested. Following is a schedule with a contact person and phone number for each location. People may also donate blood by scheduling an appointment at a United Blood Services center. To make an appointment in Minot, call 852-2161 or in western North Dakota, call 1-888-221-3520. Donors may also make appointments online at (bloodhero.org).
Sept. 29, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Minot Public Schools Admistration Building, sponsored by Souris Valley Special Services and Minot High School-Central Campus, Diana Auch at 857-4410 or diana.auch@sendit.nodak.edu; Sept. 29-30, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, Minot State University Student Union Third Floor Conference Room, sponsored by the MSU Ambassadors and MSU Student Goverment Association, Ann Rivera at 858-3987 or ann.rivera@minotstateu.edu; and Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, parking lot of the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Minot, Jolene in Personnel Department.
