The Mid-Dakota Chapter of the American Red Cross in Minot will offer Disaster Team Training in its office at 2021-4th Ave. NW Sept. 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Training topics include mass care, client assistance and disaster damage assessment. The class is open to adults and is free of charge. Disaster volunteers should be willing to volunteer during a disaster or once a month. For information or to register for the class, call 852-2828. Registration closes Sept. 10.
