Today is the deadline to make reservations to attend Concordia College's Cobber Corn Feed in Minot July 13 at 6 p.m. in the Scandinavian Heritage Park, 1020 S. Broadway.The event is for Concordia alumni, students, parents, friends and prospective students. The Moorhead, Minn., college will provide the corn, butter, salt and napkins but people are asked to bring a potluck item to share. Entertainment will be provided.

The Omicron Tau Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Minot, will hold a garage sale fundraiser and bake sale: Today, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 2218 Academy Road, northwest Minot. Proceeds will go toward Omicron Tau Chapter's global health service project trip to Tanzania, Africa, Dec. 30 through Jan. 11. The purpose is to volunteer assistance and bring needed medical supplies to hospices, hospitals and clinics affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania and the Foundation for Hospices in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The Minot Recreation Commission's "Super Day" activities for children, originally set for today, has been rescheduled for July 17 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Minot Municipal Auditorium. The event is for children of all ages and will include new games, old games, races, contests, face painting, a fish pond, an obstacle course and a visit from Dizzy the Clown. The event is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Call 857-4730 for more information.

International Music Camp events: Organ recital at 3 p.m.; Twin Cities Bronze at 8 p.m.; and 46th International Ham Radio Festival today through Sunday, all at the camp near Dunseith.

Amy Lisner, in conjunction with the Ward County Historical Society, will give a public presentation about her downtown Minot project: 7 p.m., Pioneer Village, North Dakota State Fairgrounds, Minot. Lisner, a senior history major at Minot State University, did research on downtown Minot and interviewed local residents about Minot's history. Topics covered will include locations where historic buildings once stood and stories of  old businesses and residents. The Taube Museum of Art, 2 N. Main St., will host a benefit concert by The Healing Force: 7 p.m. The Healing Force offers a celebration of African culture through storytelling and music. The cost to attend is $10, or $9 with a contribution of school supplies. All proceeds will benefit The Healing Force as they travel to Mali, West Africa, to build a school in support of "Save the Babies," a nonprofit organization. Northern Dance Club Dance: 8 p.m. to midnight, Bob's Pizza Inn, Rugby. Music will be provided by Jerry Schlag and Bub Whitty.

Dakota Prairie Regional Center for the Arts of New Rockford presents "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do": Today at 8 p.m., Sunday at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday at 8 p.m. Performances continue several times a week through Aug. 16. The Minot State University Summer Theatre will present "The Odd Couple": Today through Monday, 8:30 p.m., MSU Amphitheater. Tickets are $8 for adults; $7 for senior citizens and children over age 12; $5 for children ages 12 and under; and $3 for MSU personnel and summer students with a current MSU identification card.
