Public comment deadline for the North Dakota Endangered Species Protection Plan for Pesticides

Deadline to submit comments on a new program that gives North Dakota a voice in the administration of the federal endangered species program in the state. For information on "The North Dakota Endangered Species Protection Plan for Pesticides," log on at the North Dakota Department of Agriculture Web site (agdepartment.com). Comments should be sent to Endangered Species Program, North Dakota Department of Agriculture, 600 E Boulevard Ave,, Department 602, Bismarck, ND 58505-0020.
