Area blood drives

United Blood Services of Minot has scheduled several blood drives in April. Appointments to donate blood should be made ahead of time. Following is the schedule and people to contact to make appointments: April 21, 2 to 7 p.m., TGU Granville High School Library, Kristi at 728-6641; April 23, 1:30 to 6:30 p.m., TGU Towner High School multipurpose room, Maxine Rognlien at 537-5414 (work) or 537-5276 (home); April 28, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Souris Valley Special Services and Minot High School-Central Campus, Diana Auch at 857-4410 or diana.auch@sendit.nodak.edu. If you are unable to attend the blood drives, you may donate blood by scheduling an appointment at a United Blood Services center. To make an appointment, call 852-2161 in Minot or 1-888-221-3520 in western North Dakota. Donors may also make appointments online at (bloodhero.org).
