Gymagic Gymastics' registration for Term Three: Continues today, 4 to 7 p.m., at the Gymagic building , State Fairgrounds, Minot. The term will start Jan. 4 and will continue through Feb. 27. Classes are for boys and girls ages 18 months and older. Call 852-4585 for more information.
Mouse River Players Community Theatre will have auditions for the comedy, "The Compleat Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged": Today and Saturday, 7 to 9 p.m., The Arlene Saugstad Theater, downtown, 115-1st St. SE. The cast calls for three adult males who will play a variety of roles. There are also opportunities to help with technical and backstage work. The director is Ryan Haider. Pangea House Potluck and "zines" meeting: 7 p.m., 109 W. Central Ave. The film, "The Winking Circle," will be screened. It is an inspirational video about being creative. Pangea House is a local music venue and community center which hosts a variety of events.
2nd Story Social Club's Christmas Party: 7 p.m., Minot Municipal Auditorium Armory.
"Cold Feet" runs in New Rockford's Opera House Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m., with additional performance dates set for Jan. 2, Jan. 8 and Jan. 16 at 7:30 p.m., and Jan. 3 and Jan. 17 at 2:30 p.m. "Cold Feet" is a musical romp through the lives of four committed bachelors on the most important night of their lives at Hanson's Bar in New Rockford. A multitalented cast of four actor/musicians blaze a hilarious journey through the landscape of their lives and relationships, discovering each other's secrets, healing old wounds, and ultimately helping each other deal with their biggest fear: Women. Tickets are $19 and seats can be reserved by calling 947-2174, or online at (www.dprca.com).
YOUTH EVENTS
Ward County Public Library's story time for children ages 18 months and older and their parents or guardians: 11 a.m. to noon today and Jan. 8, 15, 22 and 29; Feb. 5, 12, 19 and 26; March 5, 12 and 26; April 9, 16, 23 and 30; and May 7 and 14 from 11 a.m. to noon in the library at 405-3rd Ave. NE. Story time will also include a craft/activity and a treat. Parents and guardians are asked to stay during story time.
