United Blood Services Blood Drive: Today and Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Burdick Job Corps Center. Contact Dianne Freed at 857-9677 for an appointment.

Edgewood Vista Bazaar and Bake Sale: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., 706-16th Ave. SE. There will be baked goods, CDs, crafts, caramels, white elephant items and canned goods. Proceeds from the Edgewood items will be used to pay a portion of the residents' admission to community events.

Soup kitchen: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., All Saints Episcopal Church, 301 S. Main St.

Public ice skating: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Maysa Arena.

Public hockey: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Maysa Arena.

Minot State Univeristy NOTSTOCK. a collaboration of art, music and business: Continues today, MSU's Student Center. The event will feature four nationally-known rock poster artists and performances by 20 modern, alternative and local rock bands. Today the artists will present "The Artist as Entrepreneur" from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Student Center. The event is free and open to the public.

Spaghetti dinner theatre sponsored by the Glenburn High School Drama Department and the Glenburn Lions Club: 6:30 p.m., Glenburn School. The one-act play "The Whole Shebang" will be presented. The cost is $10 per ticket for the dinner and show. Reserved tickets are needed. Call the school at 362-7426 for more information.

Haunted House at Roosevelt Park Zoo: 7 to 11 p.m. today and Friday. Admission is $4 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There will be $1 off same night repeat visits.

Burlington Fire Department and Carpio Fire Department Haunted House: Today, 7 to 11 p.m., and Friday, 7 p.m. to midnight, Old Fire Hall, 15 Johnson St., Burlington. Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Admission is $5 per person.

2nd Story Social Club's pool tournament: 7:30 p.m., 13-1st Ave. SW.

OTHER EVENTS

"Preventing and Responding to Injuries" Conference: Continues today, Seven Seas Motel and Conference Center, Mandan. The conference is sponsored by The N.D.
