- Walk-in Flu shot clinic for people of all ages: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Minot Municipal Auditorium. No appointments are needed. First District Health Unit is holding the clinic. People should bring their health insurance card, Medicare card, Medicare Part D card and/or Medicaid card. The cost of a flu shot is $30. The health unit is also offering flu shots Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the health unit at 801-11th Ave. SW, south entrance, on a walk-in basis.
- Free Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., First Lutheran Church.
- Public hockey and public ice skating: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Maysa Arena.
- Minot State University Athletic Luncheon: noon, Grand International Inn.
- Burdick Job Corps Center Fall Graduation Ceremony: 1:30 p.m., 1500 W. University Ave. There are 48 graduates.
- Bell School Harvest Hoe Down, Fun Night and Chrysler Drive for Kids Fundraiser: 5 to 8 p.m. Bell School will earn $5 for each adult who test drives a vehicle at the event.
- The Minot Area Theatrical Society will present the romantic comedy, "Bell, Book and Candle," by John Van Druten: Today and Saturday, 7 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m., The Vegas Motel, Minot. Tickets are $20 for the dinner shows today and Saturday and $15 for the lunch show Sunday. For reservations and more information call 852-2290.
- 2nd Story Social Club's pool tournament: 7:30 p.m., 13-1st Ave. SW.

- The AM String Band will perform: 7 p.m., Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site, Bismarck. The band will also perform Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center, southwest of Williston.
