animals and children. He

was known as “Papa Ken-

ny” to many children. He

enjoyed telling stories to

his friends and to chil-

dren. In recent months,

some of his favorite time

was spent with his grand-

children after school. To-

gether, they planned an

endless list of projects

and adventures.

Kenny was once mar-

ried to the former Lynette

Burtch. They had a son,

Shannon Lowell Got-

vaslee, who died in infan-

cy. He later married Lau-
