Marilyn J. Moerke, 92,
formerly of Fond du Lac,
died on Monday, Sep-
tember 10, 2018, at Agrace
Hospice Care in Madison,
WI.
She was born on July
23, 1926, in Underwood,
ND, the daughter of Henry
C. and Echo M. McLaugh-
lin Lindstrom. On De-
cember 5, 1948 she mar-
ried Arthur G. Moerke in
Parshall, North Dakota.
He preceded her in death
on June 23, 1990.
Marilyn was a member
of Immanuel-Trinity Luth-
eran Church where she
was a member of Ruth
Circle and was the
chairperson of the Prayer
Chain at church. She was
a member of the VFW La-
dies Auxiliary for over fif-
ty years. She worked as a
station agent for the Soo
Line Railroad during
WWII. She was a sales
clerk for Evenson’s Hall-
mark in Fond du Lac.
Marilyn enjoyed playing
bridge, pinochle and
widow whist and watch-
ing Wisconsin Badger
Basketball. She loved her
grandchildren and great-
grandchild.
She is survived by her
son Steven (Kristi)
Moerke of Sun Prairie, her
grandchildren: Megan
Moerke of Richmond, VA
and Amanda (Christian)
Kriesel of Sun Prairie; her
great-granddaughter Echo,
and numerous nieces and
nephews.
She is preceded in
death by her parents, her
husband, her grandson
Daniel Moerke, and her
sister Betty (Ivan) Avery.

tember 14, 2018, from
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at
Immanuel-Trinity Luth-
eran Church, 20 Wiscon-
sin-American Drive, Fond
du Lac.
FUNERAL: Funeral ser-
vices will be held on Fri-
day, September 14, 2018,
at 11:00 a.m. at Immanu-
el-Trinity Lutheran
Church, with Rev. Tom
Meyer officiating. Burial
will be in Sunset Memori
al Gardens, Minot, N.D.
In lieu of flowers,
