Cindy Vetter, 59, of Dic-

kinson, will be at 10:30

a.m., Wednesday, Febru-

ary 28, 2018 at Stevenson

Funeral Home with Ber-

nie Krebs officiating. En-

tombment will follow in

Dickinson Mausoleum.

Visitation for Cindy will

be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00

p.m., Tuesday, February

27th at Stevenson Funeral

Home with a prayer ser-

vice taking place at 7:00

p.m.

Cindy passed away

Thursday, February 22,

2018 at her home in Dic-

kinson.

Cindy Kolling was born

February 5, 1959 in Dic-

kinson, the daughter of

Eugene and Beverly

(Anner) Kolling. She grew

up and attended catholic

grade schools; graduating

from Trinity High School

with the class of 1977.

After high school, Cindy

went on to attend RD Hair

Design School in

Bismarck and graduated

as a hairstylist in 1978.

On August 13, 1982, Cin-

dy and Leon Vetter were

united in marriage at St.

Wenceslaus Catholic

Church in Dickinson. To

this union, two children

were born: Weston and

Leighton. Together, the

family made their home

in Dickinson. While rais-

ing her children, Cindy

worked at O’Hare Hair

Studio. She then went to

work at Gloria’s Hair

Salon prior to joining

American Bank Center as

a teller and receptionist;

retiring in 2014.

Cindy enjoyed visiting

with others and could

often be heard talking on

the phone. In her free

time, she liked to go shop-

ping, work in her garden,

and read a good book. The

summers were spent with

her family at their cabin

on Mossett Bay and loved

gatherings with family

and neighbors there. She

was such a compassionate

person; always the care-

giver to those in need.

Cindy was a member of

Queen of Peace Catholic

Church where she taught

CCD, and served on the

St. Patrick’s Catholic

School Board.

Cindy is survived by:

her husband, Leon of Dic-

kinson; son, Weston

Vetter of Dickinson;

daughter, Leighton (Tyler)

Ward of Dickinson; and

mother-in-law, Laura

Vetter of Dickinson; and

brother-in-law Craig

(Kathy) Zander of Dickin-

son.

She was preceded in

death by: her parents; sis-

ter, Jodi Zander; and

father-in-law, Casper

Vetter.
