Rosemarie Krenz
TOLLEY – Rosemarie
Janice Krenz, 84, Mohall,
died Sunday, Oct. 15,
2017, at a Mohall nursing
home.
She was born April 9,
1933, in Kenmare, to Har-
ry and Arlene (Duerre)
Johnson. She was raised
on the family farm near
Norma and graduated
from Kenmare High
School in 1950. She at-
tended Bethel College, St.
Paul, Minn., and received
a standard teaching certi-
ficate from Minot State
University. She taught
school four years at the
Grover Township School.
Rosie married Paul
Krenz on March 24, 1955,
in Kenmare. They lived
and farmed for many
years in Grover Town-
ship, Renville County.
After her children were in
school, she worked as a
nurse’s aide for 20 years
at the Good Samaritan So-
ciety in Mohall. Paul died
Nov. 2, 2006.
Rosie was a member of
Trinity Lutheran Church,
Tolley, and the LWML,
the Cowbells Auxiliary,
the American Legion Aux-
iliary, served a term on
the Mohall School Board
and also served as a
delegate to the Republican
National Convention. She
will be remembered as a
warm, caring and loving
person.

nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Rosie was preceded in
death by: her parents;
husband; infant son, Paul
Harry Krenz; and son,
Mark Krenz.
Funeral: 11 a.m., Tues-
day, Oct, 24, 2017, at
Trinity Lutheran Church,
Tolley.
Burial: McKinney
Cemetery, rural Tolley.
Family Service: 10
a.m., Tuesday, at the
church.
Visitation: Tuesday, 9
a.m. until the service
time, at the church.
Memorials: Perferred to
the Good Samartan So-
ciety, Mohall.
