USDOT awards funds to Williston, Dickinson airports
WASHINGTON – Airports in Williston and Dickinson have been awarded funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, according to North Dakota’s congressional delegation.
Williston will receive nearly $10.76 million to construct a new airport. The federal government has now awarded $99.8 million of its $112 million share of the project’s total $231 million cost.
The Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport in Dickinson will receive $9.87 million to extend a runway to accommodate larger aircraft.
